We are a family owned business that has been open for about 17 years. We started working out of our home with just 2 employees working part time and now we have expanded to a big building with 10 employees working full time. We have 5 trained technicians working on the road and 5 trained employees working in the store selling parts and repairing small appliances. We have also expanded to heating and cooling business with 3 technicians that are licensed in refrigerant repair. PART ORDERS THAT ARE SPECIAL ORDER CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
NO REFUND ON INSTALLED PARTS, OPEN BAG PARTS, OPEN BOX PARTS.
All orders must be canceled before part is shipped out to receive full refund. Postage is not refunded on part orders that were shipped. All return parts are check, if it looks like the part has been installed No credit will be given. All return parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Return on parts that are more than 90 days old.
